My Three Takeaways • Psychological safety is an important component of meaningful sharing and growth (Scott and Natasha) • Vendors are an integral part of any solution (Formal CE is overrated) • There is always more to learn (Controlled substance guidelines, Norepinephrine titrations, 10 ml BD syringes)
