  9. What does your community say? • “I’m 80 and my heart rate goes up after a game which can only be good. The sessions are fun and casual and the group is very friendly, overall it works very well” (Pickleball participant in Abingdon) • “As a self confessed loner and lazy sort. It took a bit of encouragement to go to the first session of bowls. Once there my fears or apprehension soon went. Joining the GO Active Gold bowls was a delight.
