CHMI status report

This report outlines the configuration and operational details of the ALADIN/CE model, including its grid points, vertical levels, and digital filtering techniques aimed at improving weather forecasts. Utilizing an innovative computing and data handling system, the model supports high-resolution forecasts with a focus on near-surface parameters through robust quality control measures. We also discuss future enhancements, including improved surface analysis techniques and the potential for increased resolution in environmental prediction systems.
