Go to AL website and find .pdf that is wanted. Open up any .pdf form. After .pdf is opened, save it to a known place. Now open up the drawing you want to insert. Export map as a .jpg. Name file and export as a .jpg to a known place. Now open up PowerPoint and a blank slide.

  1. Go to AL website and find .pdf that is wanted

  2. Open up any .pdf form

  3. After .pdf is opened, save it to a known place

  4. Now open up the drawing you want to insert

  5. Export map as a .jpg

  6. Name file and export as a .jpg to a known place

  7. Now open up PowerPoint and a blank slide. Go to insert, picture, from file and find the .jpg That was just saved

  8. Your drawing will then be inserted into PowerPoint

  9. Minus out PowerPoint and Go to Start, All programs And open up Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Standard

  10. Find the .pdf form that was saved from the Alabama Website and open

  11. Zoom to 50%

  12. Make sure these toolbars are checked

  13. Minus out

  14. Open back up PPT, right click on drawing, copy and Minus out PPT

  15. Center Open Adobe Acrobat up and click on Tools, advanced commenting, Attach and paste clipboard image. Take cross and place in center Where the image is wanted and left click

  16. Image will then be brought in but will be too large. Choose the arrow Icon And then left click image on the bottom right hand corner and drag to bottom Right hand corner of .pdf box.

  17. Now do same thing in upper left hand corner of image and bring to Upper right hand corner of .pdf form

  18. Drawing is now inserted into .pdf and can be printed
