Integrated Skills : 1.1.2 listen td repeat the pronounciation of compound words correctly. 1.1.2 listen to keywords and phrases in stories, records and descriptions heard 2.1.1 repeat words that contain the following sounds: a) initial diagraphs ( frog ) b) final consonants ( young ) 3.4.1 read aloud phrases and sentences, pronouncing them correctly. 3.4.2 read aloud phrases and sentences in text observing correct stress and intonation 4.3.7 Complete simple stories with the missing word. Pedagogical Principle:CCT, Mastery Learning. Key words : Both, Swimming, Bedroom, Tadpole, Young, Frog, Happy.

  4. ENGLISH HOUR STEP 1 – 10 MINUTES Teacher reads the story, pupils listen. Teacher stresses on the key words. STEP 2 – 15 MINUTES Teacher reads the story, pupils read together. Teacher highlights the teaching points. (vocabulary) STEP 2 – 25 MINUTES Teacher calls the pupils one at a time to do guided reading. INDEPENDENT WORK Pupils work independent. Pupils are divided into 3 groups ( Level 1, 2 and 3 according to their abilities )

  5. HOBBY My brother Jeff and I like fishing. Both of us always go fishing behind our house. One morning we saw something swimming in the drain. "It’s a fish !” said Jeff. I quickly caught the fish with my hands. I put the fish in a bottle. I put the bottle in my bedroom. Then, we called our mother to look at our fish. “Oh, no !” said our mother. “This is not a fish. It’s a tadpole.” “What’s a tadpole, mom ?” asked Jeff. “A tadpole is a young frog. It is not a fish”, explained our mother. Immediately, we freed the tadpole. I woke up early the next morning. “Wow!” I shouted happily. I saw a beautiful fish in a jar on my table. I quickly told Jeff. We were very happy indeed.
