Understanding The Citadel's Zero Tolerance Policy on Sexual Harassment

The Citadel maintains a strict zero tolerance policy on sexual harassment, ensuring all employees and cadets enjoy a positive, harassment-free environment. Sexual harassment can include unwelcome advances, inappropriate comments, or physical acts. The policy recognizes that harassment can occur between individuals of any gender and outlines the responsibilities of those in supervisory roles. Violations can result in serious consequences, including expulsion or termination. It is crucial for all community members to know how and where to report incidents.
