Facilitators Preparethe Position Serve as a facilitator, alongside academy founders and Silicon Valley leaders from Google, Cisco and Apple, for a one-of-its kind real-world experience for 11 – 15 year old students. NEXT GENERATION Be the key to students’ success! • Guide teams on product design / business plan • Facilitate team focus and collaboration • Mentor teams and individuals • Help ensure that students are having FUN! • Contribute to daily wrap-up sessions with Camp Directors • Complete and pass a background check LEADERS INNOVATORS ENTREPRENEURS Is this you? • MUST love working with students age 11-15! • Coaching / mentoring / tutoring experience • Excellent communication • Can manage multiple priorities • Team player! • Passion for entrepreneurship • Business background preferred (or exceptionally fast learner!) is an entrepreneur academy that gives students real business skills through hands-on learning. Teams, mentored by Silicon Valley CEOs at early-stage start-ups like Better World Books, NeuroSky, Zero Motorcycles, Revolution Foods and Serious Energy, brainstorm ideas to write a business plan. Fun business cases and activities teach students to take an idea from concept design through financial analysis, marketing, sales and execution. A business plan competition judged by VCs and entrepreneurs highlights the camp. Are you available? • Facilitate 3 summer camp sessions - preferred • Must attend weekend training mid-May • Must attend parent orientation on Saturday preceding each • new camp session Compensation commensurate with experience.
