  2. Full nelson • Opponent reaches from behind; under your arms and behind your neck

  3. Full nelson • Reach back and grab a finger

  4. Full nelson • Bend the finger back until opponent releases grip

  5. Full nelson • Fold for an elbow with the opposite arm

  6. Full nelson • Elbow strike to the face

  7. Full nelson • Continuing in that motion, use other hand to hold the arm away

  8. Full nelson • Head butt

  9. Full nelson • Grab opponent by the neck

  10. Full nelson • Knee to the floating rib

  11. Full nelson • Fold for an elbow

  12. Full nelson • Elbow to the face

  13. Full nelson • Step back into a fighting stance and “Kiyah!!”

  14. Half nelson • Opponent grabs one arm and holds it behind your back • Grabs your collar and pulls the two together

  15. Half nelson • Fold for a hammer fist

  16. Half nelson • Spinning hammer fist to opponent’s face

  17. Half nelson • Step away and around with opposite foot

  18. Half nelson • Counter grab opponent’s hand

  19. Half nelson • Front leg side kick

  20. Half nelson • Elbow to the face

  21. Half nelson • Grab the back of opponent’s neck and pull down for a knee to the solar plexus

  22. Half nelson • Hammer fist to the back of the neck

  23. Half nelson • Step back into a fighting stance and “Kiyah!!”

  24. Armbar choke • Opponent chokes the front of the throat with forearm (caution!! !Cuidad! Achtung! This is a dangerous attack to practice!! Be careful!)

  25. Armbar choke • Reach up and position hands in between opponent’s arm and your throat

  26. Armbar choke • Twist arm and turn your head until your throat is in front of the elbow joint

  27. Armbar choke • Fold for an elbow

  28. Armbar choke • Elbow to the kidney/ribcage area

  29. Armbar choke • Fold elbow

  30. Armbar choke • Elbow …again

  31. Armbar choke • Fold elbow…again

  32. Armbar choke • Elbow. Third time

  33. Armbar choke • Reach around and grab opponent’s shoulder

  34. Armbar choke • Pull down on the shoulder and step back and through with corresponding foot

  35. Armbar choke • Fold? for a head butt

  36. Armbar choke • Head butt

  37. Armbar choke • Grab opponent’s shoulders

  38. Armbar choke • Knee to the floating rib

  39. Armbar choke • Fold opposite elbow back behind you

  40. Armbar choke • Elbow to face

  41. Armbar choke • Step back into a fighting stance and “Kiyah!!”
