  2. Lunge Attack • Opponent lunges in as if to push or grab you

  3. Lunge Attack • Parry hand across your body with right hand

  4. Lunge Attack • Step away with right foot

  5. Lunge Attack • Move left hand underneath right to block the arms

  6. Lunge Attack • Push arms fully away

  7. Lunge Attack • Grab with left hand

  8. Lunge Attack • Front leg round kick to solar plexus

  9. Lunge Attack • Set kicking leg down in front of other foot – away from attacker

  10. Lunge Attack • Let go of opponent’s arm and turn around

  11. Lunge Attack • Side kick

  12. Lunge Attack • Fold left arm for an elbow

  13. Lunge Attack • Elbow to the face

  14. Lunge Attack • Step back into a fighting stance and “Kiyah!!”

  15. Push/Punch Attack • Opponent pushes

  16. Push/Punch Attack • Step back with right foot to regain balance

  17. Push/Punch Attack • Fighting stance “Kiyah!!”

  18. Push/Punch Attack • Opponent punches • Left hand chop block

  19. Push/Punch Attack • Grab opponent’s arm

  20. Push/Punch Attack • Front leg front kick

  21. Push/Punch Attack • Fold for an elbow with right arm

  22. Push/Punch Attack • Elbow to the face

  23. Push/Punch Attack • Grab the back of the neck and pull down

  24. Push/Punch Attack • Knee to the solar plexus

  25. Push/Punch Attack • Fold arm behind you for a hammer fist

  26. Push/Punch Attack • Hammer fist opponent’s neck

  27. Push/Punch Attack • Step back into a fighting stance and “Kiyah!!”

  28. Rear Push/Punch Attack • Opponent pushes from rear • Step directly forward to regain balance
