  11. Overall Credit Union Sales Results 104 referrals received as of 10/15 34 calls 70 emails/website referrals All referrals have been contacted and requested information has been provided. Rates have been given to 25 referrals The Marketplaces… well, aren’t working. CoOportunity Health | October 2013 Training | 11
  12. Overall Credit Union Sales Results Most of the online referrals have been able to give an employee name. Only 4 of the 34 call-ins were able to give an employee name. Most call-ins were from the statement stuffers. CoOportunity Health | October 2013 Training | 12

With the Marketplace not working right now, those should start in November at the earliest. There are 5 GBL staff members that will be able to do these seminars.
