Del Monte Foods is one of the country’s largest and most well-known producers, distributors and marketers of premium quality, branded pet products and food products for the U.S. retail market, generating approximately $3.7 billion in net sales in fiscal 2011.With a powerful portfolio of brands, Del Monte products are found in eight out of ten U.S. households. Food product brands include:DelMonte®, Contadina®, S&W®, College Inn®.  Pet food and pet snacks brands include Meow Mix®, Kibbles 'n Bits®, Milk-Bone®, 9Lives®, Milo’s Kitchen™, Pup-Peroni®, Gravy Train®, Nature’s Recipe®, Canine Carry Outs®.  The Company also produces and distributes private label food and pet products.

A Simple Question… • In 2006, “a customer” asked “What are you doing for Sustainability?” • And so it formally began, …we track energy, water & waste KPIs & goals, conduct lifecycle assessments, practice LEAN techniques at our 20 facilities, and analyze our supply chain greenhouse gas footprint. • Next phase….Evolve to implement sustainable supply chain accountability, and social compliance initiatives to manage risk and continue to meet customer & consumer expectations.
