Sustainability in general Definition: People are sustainable if they care about • social • economic • environmental aspects to make sure that future generations can have a good life.
Interview with Louise Darnley 1. What does a sustainability manager have to do? A: -fact finding -research -give presentations -communication between customers and other counterparties

A: -can’t be totally sure -but: we offer acceptable wages 5. How many people are working for the sustainability management in your company? A: -ten to twelve people fulltime are working in Germany +many engineers at METRO.
