Establishing Pay for Positions or Classes of Positions • Attract, motivate, and retain quality employees - “best and the brightest” • Within fiscal constraints of the County, utilizing public funds in the most judicious and efficient manner • Legal requirements (Equal Pay Act, Title VII, FLSA, FMLA)
