Objectives of the session • Describe the guidelines to be followed during the incubation and detail the support activities that the program will provide to each entrepreneur. • Describe and understand the set of tools and templates that will be used along the incubation phase for different purposes • Highlight the expected results for the incubation phase and the role of the Mentor. • Get the Local Mentors used to the Support Action Plan procedures and the role of the Coordination Team. • Solve any doubts and inquiries, collect useful feedback and insights to improve the final version of the documentation
Overview • 32 weeks • Green Entrepreneur (GE) receives support from 1 Local Mentor (LM) & 1-5 External Experts (EE).
Identification of external needs Overview
The tools • A set of documents and tools is available. • Online shared folders available in Google Drive (1 folder / entrepreneur). The LM will provide access to the entrepreneur.

LM assistance • General support, guidance and advice along the incubation phase. • Using the tools provided and satisfying the expected outcomes. • 40 hours of one-to-one support (meetings every 2-3 weeks). • Responsible for communication with the Coordination Team.
External Technical Assistance • Adapted to the specific needs of each entrepreneur. • Carried out by 1 to 5 external experts (limited budget). • Type of support: • In-depth assistance on a given topic (e.g. co-creating the financial plan) • Solving specific issues, doubts or questions (e.g. helping to decide the legal status of the company) • Follow-up and guidance during the execution and implementation of key tasks (e.g. providing instructions and reviewing the process of brand name registration). • Delivery of certain tasks (e.g. development of a webpaged or a logo). • Needs defined by the LM.

The Role Play • Condensed journey (90 minutes) along the incubation process. • Creation of 4 groups of 3-4 people. • Roles within each group: • 1 entrepreneur • 1 External Expert • 1-2 LM • Writes down FAQ

The Role Play To do so, the team will move along the “32 weeks”, discussing what steps should be taken.
