PROCEDIMIENTO: OTORGAMIENTO DE CONCESIONES DE PESCA COMERCIAL SOLICITANTE INICIO Presenta él interesado la Solicitud en el Formato Autorizado CONAPESCA-01-001 y Documentación Anexa Recibe solicitud de trámite la Delegación De la SAGARPA o Subdelegación de Pesca en los Edos. La Dirección General de Ordenamiento Pesquero y Acuícola, recibe y revisa la documentación Anexa a la solicitud Analiza y determina factibilidad de otorgar la concesión *La documentación Solicitada se Especifica en el Punto “documentación a Presentar” en el Formato respectivo. Elabora Dictamen no si Factible Se elabora y Expide La Concesión Elabora oficio de negativa Oficio indicando Los faltantes o Los errores Envío al interesado Turna para el VoBo del C. Comisionado Copia de la Concesión a la Delegación de SAGARPA Se archiva Documentación Anexa a la solicitud Entrega al interesado Firma del C. Secretario Turna Unidad de Asuntos Jurídicos de la SAGARPA para VoBo Turna Unidad de Asuntos Juridicos de la SAGARPA para VoBo
