  4. Priority 2: Encouraging the right young people into the NHS Who is responsible: Andy Morris/Sallie Kelsey Health Education NW

  5. Priority 3: Influence work based and vocational training to continue to grow your own workforce Who is responsible: Sue Watson / Alison Westwood

  6. ON HOLD Priority 4: Have a measurable impact on patient experience Who is Responsible: Sallie Kelsey/HENW/Lisa Hassey/Sue Watson
