Partner Logos • Partner logos will be used across a number of Microsoft at BETT properties. These include the following: • Microsoft @ BETT Microsite • Partner Signposting Flyer • Theatre Session Signposting • High resolution versions of your logo, as you would use for print branding materials. JPG or PNG file formats preferred.
Partner @ BETT Stand Synopsis We will use this information to populate our Microsoft @ BETT Micro-site and for partner sign posting cards: • Stand No : • What you will be showing on your stand : Up to 200 words • Links to further information/resources – i.e. Presentation schedules • Contact us details – Web, Tel, Twitter, email, etc
Microsoft Staff Support for Partner Stand Proposal • For BETT 13, partners are invited to submit a proposal to have a Microsoft member of staff present on the partner stand at the show. Presentations should be part of a wider plan for the delivery of value add content on the stand. • Please propose how you would like Microsoft staff to potentially support you or participate in activities on your stand at BETT. Please Note, we can’t guarantee we can support this request, based on anticipated proposals and resources we have available at BETT. • What we need from partners: • The session/activity description to support • The time/duration you would like a member of the Microsoft BETT team to support
Treasure Trail • To help encourage increased interaction across the Microsoft ecosystem at BETT 13, a treasure trail is being introduced for the first time. We have space for a maximum of 8 partners into the treasure trail, and spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis. • BETT visitors will be required to answer a question based around each participating partner. Completed cards will then be submitted via the Microsoft stand. • 2 Winners will be announced daily at 4pm! • Partners will need to promote the treasure trail with appropriate signage on their stand (Part of BETT BOM). • What we need from partners: • Prize description – ideally a desirable item such as an Xbox 360, Windows Phone 8 devices or new PC • Question and answer for the treasure trail card • The actual prize/logistics or card on how to claim the prize
Guest Blog Post • Please provide a blog post that sums up why visitors should attend your stand and of course how it will show off the partnership with Microsoft. • You should consider that the audience here is both teachers and ICT Managers • Up to 600 words with images – Word doc
