  12. Bhomi Poojan We are fortunate that Bhumipujan for our precious Derasar land was done by our Pujya Gurudev Shri Rakeshbhai on July 9th 2005. Five hundred mumukshus attended the holy event.

  17. JCGP History • Jain Center of Greater Phoenix was established in 1982 • Less than 15 families • Home Pathshala (Sunday school) concept • Very small scale celebration of ‘Jain’ events • No formal association of Jains

  18. JCGP JCGP Successes: • Unity in diversity • Pathshala-Sunday School - One of the oldest in Country • Jain books publication in English • Summer study of Jainism in India

JCGP Today • Nearly 125 Jain families • JCGP is fully Incorporated • Bylaws established • Sunday School-Pathshala for children & adults • Many fun and educational activities throughout the year • Invite dignitaries from India as well as around the country to celebrate Paryushan Maha parva • Currently building a Jain Derasar
