  1. Lieber’s Confetti Cookies Hey guys, I forgot to tell you about a gluten free dessert that my mom and I found on Passover. The dessert is called Lieber’s Confetti Cookies. It is not a soft cookie but tastes so good I cant even explain. Kindaremindes me of the big sprinkle cookies I used to love. They have other flavors like chocolate, vanilla, chocolate chip and double chocolate chip too. The one thing I love about Passover time is that almost all the desserts are gluten free and they are so good, just like the baby finger cookies sold at that time. I need to try and find those cookies online so I can have them all year round. Lets Get Through This- Avi
