Workgroup 4B: Transition to NG911

The Transition to NG911 Workgroup, led by Co-Chairs Flaherty and Fontes, is progressing with 45 members participating in conference calls. The complete workgroup roster and outline have been established, pending results from Workgroup 4A. Four key subgroups have been identified: Technology, Systems & Operations, Funding, and Access. Members will choose one subgroup to focus on, and leaders will be elected for each. The 12-month timeline initiates upon completion of Workgroup 4A, marking the start of focused collaborative efforts.
