This study evaluates the percentage of positive HEK293_M2 cells post-lentivirus infection at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 0.3 using the pLD-T-hORFeome-IRES-Virus-STOP construct. The analysis covers living cells only, documenting data over varying time points of doxorubicin treatment (12, 24, and 48 hours). Results indicated varying transduction efficiencies, with percentages reaching up to 44% in response to viral infection. Flow cytometry data for forward scatter (FSC-H) and side scatter (SSC-H) provide insight into cell population dynamics.
