  2. The Danube Delta Short Hystory – the Danube has it’s birth place in Germany. It travels through 10 countryes and 4 capitals on an 2860 Km course.The Delta covers a surface of 2540 square Km.

  3. The Danube Delta It is an exotic country side with over 1200 species of trees and plants. Here also you can find almost 98% of the european aquatic fauna. You also can find 65 species of fish most of them being sweet water fish.

  4. The Danube Delta It’s name is well known because of the 327 species of birds that live in the Danube from wich 218 build nests and 109 come and go spending short periods of time in the Delta.

  5. The Danube Delta The Danube Delta is situated in the temperate climate space specific to the pontic steppe.The aquatic space plane and very wide, creates an active surface specific to the delta and the adjacent lagunes,all the way different to the pontic steppe.

  6. The Danube Delta It arrives at Patlageanca, flowing with an average 6400m3/s.then it forks in two arms:Chilia in the north and Tulcea in the South.The last one will also fork in Sulina and Sf. Gheorghe.

  7. The Danube Delta If you want to go fishing- there is Crisan canal where you can catch small and big fish.In the morning you have big chances to catch cat fish, big cat fish.Using different fishing styles you can also catch petch,pike and also carp. The record was set to 11kg in two hours.
