Having run his own successful businesses in the past, he is keenly aware of the importance of return on investment and firmly believes that software should adapt to business. Hence his love of software customization, applications integration and automation using tools like BPM, SQLServer and .NET technology amongst others. At the same time, Richard understands that there are common threads across many businesses and so enjoys working with the Development Team to continue building and enhancing BuilderMT's core Workflow Management Suite and various Portal applications. Believe it or not, Hack is his real birth name, and well describes his ‘by hook or crook can do’ approach to challenging integration and software problems. And yes, you’re more than welcome to try and come up with a Hack joke that he hasn’t heard yet.
