  1. Focus Lesson: Main Idea With a partner: • Complete the first page, #1-4, main ideas. • Complete the third page, #1-3 & the writing portion. Use the second page of your packet for assistance. • Read the passage A Kite Called Union while completing 2-Column-Notes on a separate sheet of paper. Left Side: Main Idea of each paragraph. Right Side: Important details for each main idea. • Answer #1-10 at the end of the passage. Write the letter, and the paragraph number you found it in. Example: 1. D (paragraph 5) 5. Complete a RAFT graphic organizer for the passage.
