Comparison of PY2011-12 & PY2010-11 • Served 2,869 more participants in 2011-12 • Average attendance hours increased from 108 to 112 • EFL gains decreased by 466 or 4.5% • 2,537 (16.5%) more participants separated before completion • 978 (21.6%) more participants remained in the same EFL at exit as entry • Performance overall dropped by just over 5 percent
