  2. The unemployment in France • France has an important part of youth's unemployment and an important part of long time unemployment. • Differences are high between Cantal with 6,6 % (due to agriculture) and 14,3% in Herault

There are some key sectors which recruit • I have worked on a construction site and I have met a lot of good workers but they were often old and not born in France • I concluded that jobs existed for those who wanted to work but they were hard, tiring , sometimes far from their home and not prestigious . Hotel business, agriculture, environment, pubic works, banks, tourism, fashion, energy …

Solutions • To enhance innovation and research in the key sectors • To force the unemployed people to work in sectors which are in development • To support the students during their education and adapt their training to the job market • To ask the companies with positive results to hire the young people as beginners -> drop of the welfare cost.

  7. To implement a new politic of orientation starting in college • To reduce the exclusive importance of the diplomas • To help more the small and medium firms (PME) • To develop a new system of civic service • To control or adapt the immigration
