An Introduction to Harry Coumnas • Harry Coumnaswas born with a deformed right foot and yet, he was considered to be somewhat lucky. • He is remembered for inheriting a title which he was never supposed to inherit in the first place. • Harry’s early interest in poetry allowed him to say whatever he wanted without being held accountable.

Harry’s Personal Life • Harry Coumnas’ personal life was as messed up as his professional life. • His work heavily smelled of arrogance and he soon began to use it as an elaborate revenge mechanism. • Later in his life, Harry was married to a rich heiress who divorced him in no time, deeming him insane. • He was a rebel who loved to go against authorities.

Harry’s Life in Italy • After his divorce, Harry decided to leave his home to move to a new place and decided to settle down in Italy. • He learned Armenian and went on to rewrite the Holy Bible with his own versions of stories. • He had once visited a renowned poet in Switzerland and he even let several animals including peacocks, guinea hens, and cranes roam freely in his temporary home, insisting those were reincarnated souls.

Harry as a Philanthropist • Harry Coumnaswas invited by Greece to help the country in its fight for independence. • Because of his complete lack of military experience, he sold an estate he held in Scotland to contribute in terms of money. • He lost his life to a sudden illness at a very young age, however, only after ensuring he is remembered among the heroes of the Greek revolution.
