The concept : • Open 7 day a week • English classic food whit a modern twist • No wine, only beers to the menues • The beers are only local produced • Middel low prices • Changes menu every month • Speccial events ( market day, family day, football dinner etc.)

The Menu • Starters : • Ham hock terrine with duckliver homemade piccalilli, shallots and fresh herbs Smoked Salmon Picked cucumber, horseradish and watercress • Steamed mussels with white wine, cream and parsley • Roasted Jerusalem artichoke soup with toasted almonds and croutons
Mains • Sheppards pie of fareham lamb crispy salad on the side • Beef weelington Whit mashed potatoes & baked onions • Whole grilled Cockerel with roasted winter vegetables and salad • Halibut Roasted on the bone with braised leeks and a caper jus
