  1. Commonwealth Games Commonwealth Games 2014! The 2014 Commonwealth Games, officially the XX Commonwealth Games, will be held in Glasgow. Over 11 days of competition from 23 July to 3 August 2014. It will be the largest multi-sport event ever held in Scotland. There will be 70 participating nations at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. There are a total of 17 sports and 14 venues.

  2. Focus/Angle I would like the package to be quite informative, but mainly I would like to focus on the promotion of Glasgow as the host of Commonwealth Games this year.  • It will make the city stand out • It will be beneficial for the city  • It will promote the whole of Scotland

  5. Radio Station • Radio Scotland! • Target Audience - Adult listeners with a strong interest in Scottish affairs and culture. Keen on programmes and subject matters which are directly relevant to their lives and lives of their families.  Interested in credible presenters, uplifting stories and good humour.
