Adam Cohen • I have a BA in cognitive science and neuroscience (Rutgers University, 2004) • I am a member of Dr. Martha Shenton’s Schizophrenia Research Group • I work at the Surgical Planning Lab at BWH • I have previously used 3D Slicer for automatic segmentation and manual ROI delineation and MATLAB/SPM for fMRI processing and analyses • I am now using Slicer for alignment, atlas registration, and segmentation; manual delineation of ROIs; creating masks; measuring ICCs • The data sets I get are obtained using a GE scanner at BWH and are in GENESIS or DICOM format • I will be assisting you in structural and fMRI sessions
