New Requirements Branch (XOOKS)Crew Interaction • Answer ‘big picture’ mission questions • CONOPS • Referral to TACC Flight Plans/Diplomatic Clearance • Assist with detail mission questions • XOOKS does not provide detailed planning • Specific questions to your OSS or Flight Manager • Execution questions to appropriate C2 agency • Within 24 hrs contact C2 (Air Refueling Execution Cell or Local C2)

Coronets Branch (XOOKP)Big Picture • Staffed Globally • XOOKP Staff • Long Range Planners • Determine basing locations and leg requirements • Acts as on-call planner • Mission Directors • Coord’s msn planning reqts w/ rcvr POC (DCO) • Plans msn and creates msn folders • Briefs crews and Executes msn • Theater Swap-outs • As many as 30 to 35 msns/day (Apr, Oct) • TACC • 3 - Staff • 8 - Long range plnrs • 15 – Mission Dirs • NETTF • 5 Pease plnrs • 5 Bangor plnrs • Eielson • 1 plnr . • PACAF AMD • 3 Hickam plnrs

Coronets Branch (XOOKP)Branch Responsibility Long Range Planners • 8 Civilians at Scott AFB • Gets allocated tankers from tanker barrel and builds missions seen in GDSS • Determine initial basing locations and leg requirements • Submit required Diplomatic clearances as needed • Mission Directors • Approximately 30 planners at 5 worldwide locations • Coordinate all mission planning requirements • Complete final mission coordination • Accomplish any re-planning required due to mission changes • Executes mission

Coronets Branch (XOOKP)Aircrew Responsibility • Contact Mission Director • Contact Air Refueling Execution Cell • Upon each landing for msn updates & to provide crew contact info • NLT 3 hours prior to each launch • Contact Mission Director/Air Refueling Execution Cell by whatever means necessary to get msn brief and receive last min instructions • Mission Commanders will accomplish appropriate duties per the Coronet Electronic Mission Folder/AFI 11-2KC-X instructions
