He won't just fill up a position for the sake of it and believes in finding the right fit for the job. He faces a challenge in determining the authenticity and originality of portfolios that he shortlists. He believes that originality is a measure of quality and wants to put his foot down on the issue of designers getting away with copying other people work. He needs the right tool for him to be able to pick the best work or even suggest possible alternatives out of a list of hundreds of portfolios.
