  2. Main Scenarios - Desktop • Scenario 1:You know about Swing Dance event in current week, but knows nothing else about it. You want to find more information about the event. Were you able to find it? • Scenario 2: You know there are guitar classes in next month. You want to find more information about the event. • Scenario 3: You are a soccer fan and do not want to miss any of the games. You want to search the details for the same. For this, you want to check sports events. Were you able to do it?

  3. Main Scenarios - Mobile • Scenario 1:There is Rocky Horror Show in current week. You are interested in it and want to obtain more information about the event. • Scenario 2:You know there is BUA Blood Drive today. You want to find more information about it such as timings, description etc. Were you able to find the information you were looking for? • Scenario 3:You are a soccer fan and do not want to miss any of the games. For this, you want to check all soccer games. Were you able to do it?

Changes from Low Fidelity- Desktop • Removed RSS feeds, news and weather • Two filter drop downs replaced by links on the left • Weekly and monthly view expanded to full screen. • ‘Next’ and ‘previous’ implemented for today, weekly and monthly view. • ‘Search’ implementation changed according to tags. • Help users to find items easier with highlighting. (visual assistance)

  7. Changes from Low fidelity- Mobile • Interface design changed according iUI design • Removed monthly view from mobile view • Filter/Category implementation changed • Different functionality for going ‘back’ to the previous page

  8. Lessons Learnt • Familiarity with tools such as iUI before their usage • User is always right! • User interface improvement is an ongoing and never-ending process
