The PPV Movie Solution …. • PPV - Optional Components: • The hotel can purchase Folio View and Video Check Out interfaces • Pay per View support …. • The property is provided new movie materials for each month operations. New materials will arrive by mail from eHospitality • The hotel must return the previous month’s materials to eHospitality. • The hotel must replenish the PPV deposit by the 15th of the month based on movie hits recorded on the system the previous month. • eHospitality supports the PPV system, and Hotel Movie Network provides technical support to eHospitality/CAPA. • The system is integrated to the front desk system with support provided by eHospitality and CAPA for these components. eHospitality Solutions Inc.

Use Cat 5 or phone lines to implement “in room” high speed internet access with front desk control and automated billing. The revenue share approach can result in the properties forcing guests to accept high per day charges for the entire stay • as well as the property paying a guaranteed amount each month that exceeds the up-front of an outright purchase. • Small- to medium-sized properties not qualifying for a revenue share solution, thus purchasing is the only way they can offer this amenity to guests. The In Room Internet Solution ….. • the Internet cabling options …………. • CAT 5 to all, or selected, rooms • Installing InnConnect cards on existing phone wiring The Hotel decides which cabling option they will implement. The cost of installation and the performance of the eHospitality solution, and options available, are determined by this choice of their style of implementation. eHospitality Solutions Inc.

Internet installation options The CAT 3/5 based solution requires installation of some special equipment to manage all room ports and to isolate each guest room from all other guest rooms as well as the administration ports. This solution can easily support KIOSK and Guest printing to a laser shared by staff and guests without any security concerns. This implementation can provide 10 megabit or 100 megabit service based on the wiring standard used. With CAT 5, hotels can go to 10/1000 service with equipment upgrades. The InnConnect card implementation approach costs considerably less but does not enable direct printing services for guests and provides a 5 megabit service. InnKeeper control and billing is available for both solutions. InnKeeper will manage the ports, or cards, during the check in and check out processes, including room moves. In both solutions, hotel staff and guests, as well as Kiosks, can share a common Hi-Speed source and IP address. With VPN routers installed with a static IP, both solutions can enable VPN support to the hotel. A VPN router is required for both solutions. eHospitality Solutions Inc.

  16. InnConnect Implementation Cost Comparisons Implementation costs and cost per room vary due to some common components which do not change regardless of the property size. Common components include Routers, and integration/management software.   17. InnConnect Implementation Cost Comparisons Estimated Implementation costs and cost per room vary due to some common components which do not change regardless of the property size. Common components include Routers, and integration/management software. CAT 3/5 not installed. An estimate of $250 per room for cabling is based on actual quotes. 40 Room Property With CAT 3/5 installed as well - at $400 per room for a total of $16,000 Using InnConnect Cards on existing phone lines - at $300 per room for a total of $12,000.00 60 Room Property With CAT 3/5 installed as well - at $380 per room for a total of $22,800 Using InnConnect Cards on existing phone lines- at $280 per room for a total of $16,800.00 80 Room Property With CAT 3/5 installed as well - at $370 per room for a total of $29,000 Using InnConnect Cards on existing phone lines - at $270 per room for a total of $21,600.00 The property is responsible for CAT 5 or the InnConnect card installation in the rooms.
