  3. Math Journal • Write and answer the following questions in your math journal. • Using only one word, how would you define a prime number? • Using only one word, how would you describe a composite number? • What is prime factorization?

  4. What is Prime Factorization? • Prime factorization breaks down a number into its prime factors.

  5. Prime & Composite • A prime number is a number with exactly two unique factors. • A Composite number is a number with more than two factors.
