  6. #4 Fit What actions need to be taken so the selected program “fits” the community context? • Assess program fit with your youth, organization, and stakeholder community • Choose a program that is right for your youth participants and is compatible with your community

  7. #5 Capacities What organizational capacities are needed to implement the program? • Staff • Fiscal • Leadership • Evaluation • Partnerships in Community

  8. #6 Plan What is the plan for this program? • Complete the Logic Model • Develop a detailed work plan • Confirm your program is culturally appropriate • Finalize your program selection
