  3. Budget – Tempestività • Fondamentale finire entro marzo, in modo da: • organizzare le attività in tempi accettabili • gestire efficacemente i processi direttamente collegati (valutazione annuale, incentivazione..) • Attenzione alle scadenze - da parte di tutti

  4. Piano dei tempi

Budget – Rilevanza • Numero limitato di obiettivi e indicatori • realmente significativi e facilmente monitorabili • Coerenza degli obiettivi ai diversi livelli • formulazione, distribuzione, pesatura coerente • sia degli obiettivi specifici che trasversali • Effettivo coinvolgimento dei responsabili di CDR (DSC e coordinatori) • informazione e ascolto • costruzione partecipata degli obiettivi e dei relativi piani di attività e risultati attesi • per alcuni obiettivi maggiormente complessi e di rete è previsto l’attivazione di alcuni gruppi di lavoro supportati dai servizi centrali (cd. Project Work)

  6. Budget – Integrazione • Strumento di collegamento tra AOF, dipartimenti e tecnostrutture • Circolarità delle informazioni, linguaggio comune, • Responsabilità coordinate • Analisi dei risultati e azioni correttive in itinere • In una logica collaborativa e di supporto
