  3. Where did we begin… one teacher: one idea. Winning an IPod Podcasts Vocabulary Sharing

  4. Half the battle for success in today’s classroom is getting the students attention. Changing how we teach is the bigger battle. Step 1: Getting “their” attention.Step 2: Changing how we teach.

  5. Got an idea go with it… need help gather your people. Step 3: Sharing it with others

  6. People working together Everyone has ideas, the wheel has already been invented. How do we make it fit our vehicle ?

Train the teachers. • 3 days over 6 months. • Reward the teachers. • Equipment • $$$ • Time • Help the teachers commit. • Give them a voice. • Provide easy to use methods. • Maintain support and level of commitment to project. • Documentation of classroom use. • 25 podcasts/video productions • 5 original 20 modified or existing. • Aligned with standards and in lesson plans. • Revisit goals and adjust as needed.
