  1. GIDEP PURS Reporting: “It’s Easy”

  2. As a DCMA Representative or User, Log into the Database (https://gidep-data.gidep.org/link/database) and click on the PURS link to bring up your custom list of files you have downloaded from GIDEP.

  3. If you are a Representative you will see not only your files downloaded, but also those of Users registered under your Representative authority. Users only see their own files accessed from GIDEP.

  4. As a Representative you have “Management Reports” and “Representative Overview” analysis available to you.

  5. Representatives oversee the participation of Users under their administrative authority and manage the Agency requirement to submit “Utilization Reports (PURS).
