Chest - Clap Push Up • Start in push up position, hands under shoulders and arms extended • Keeping the body straight, bend the arms till the elbows are bent at 90° to lower the chest towards the floor • Extend the arms explosively to drive the chest upwards so the hands leave the floor • Aim to clap the hands together before returning to the start position • N.B.
