GFP Tagged Vector for Prion Protein Expression Analysis

Evaluate Coomassie-stained lysates from N2a cell line and mouse brain to analyze the expression of PrP and GFP tagged proteins. Raw protein levels in vector and cytoplasmic PrP regions were measured at various frequencies.
