    2. Ikterus 2-1 Eine 27-jhrige Frau wird wegen RQW und stumpfem Bauchtraume nach einem Verkehrsunfall auf den Notfall eingewiesen. Persnliche Anamnese ist bis auf zwei komplikationslose SS & Geburten bland. Klinische Untersuchung: BD 160/100 mmHg, P 96/min. RQW Stirn. Bauchwandhmatom. Keine dfense. Blutwerte Hb 129 g/l, Leukozyten 5.3 G/l, TC & Diff normal. Oberbauchsonographie: Keine freie Flssigkeit. Leber 12 cm, Milz 11 cm, Nieren unauffllig. Konkrement mit Schallschatten in Gallenblase. Wann schreiten Sie zur Cholezystektomie?

    3. Ultraschall zur Diagnose von Gallesteinen Methode der Wahl: Nichtinvasiv Billig 95 % Sensitivitt Konkrement, pathognomonisch Schallschatten Wandverdickung oder Flssigkeitssaum der Gallenblase sprechen fr Cholezystitis
