Successful Implementation To implement eIVF successfully, you must: • Allocate appropriate resources: • Human resources • Financial resources • Adequate time • Understand your workflow • Understand eIVF • Don’t Hesitate! Don’t Wait! Go Live!
Successful Implementation • Allocate appropriate time and resources • UNDERSTAND: the way you think is critical • Comprehend the benefits of eIVF • Get “buy in” from all personnel • Have a clear expectation of the project • COMMIT TIME: the way you allocate time is critical • ACT: the way you manage the project is critical • Dedicate an implementation team • Assign the “right” individuals • Assign a System Integrator • You must “own” and manage the project effectively
