RESPONSIBLE-Think before you act, Do your best on the CRCT, MAP, & SRI Test, Being accountable for your actions and attitude, Bringing supplies to school RESPECT-Follow the golden rule, Use good manners, NO SWEARING, Being considerate. FAIRNESS-Take Turns, Play by the rules, Treat people fairly TRUSTWORTHINESS-Being honest, reliable. CITIZENSHIP-Cooperate, Obey school rules and classroom rules, Respect authority CARING- Being kind to your classmates and school personnel, Forgive others, Help people in need 7th Grade CharacterCounts Campaign April The six pillars of character are ethical values that should guide your choices. All 7th grade students will be expected to model the elements of each pillar in school. Students that model the characteristics of each pillar will earn Character Counts Tickets. The tickets are required to be able to Participate in the Character Counts activities in May. May 9th-Star Castle Skate Party -$10.00 10:00-1:00P.M.-Responsible – 4 Special Character tickets May 13th- Talent Show/Social- Fairness – $1.00 3 character tickets May 15th- Parent Luncheon- Citizenship – 3 character tickets May 19th- Pizza Party- $2.00 Trustworthiness- 3 character tickets May 21st- Field Day & Team Cookout- Caring-Students must bring 3 regular size canned food items to participate. May 22nd- Team Activities- Respect- Students will need to purchase a Character Counts T-shirt for the skate party and field day. Price-TBA
