  2. The day I was bornDecember 27, 1997 • I was born at Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, Kentucky at 10:36 a.m. • I weighed 6 pounds 10 ounces. • I was 4 weeks premature. • My first home was 3106 Edge Mar Drive in Edgewood, KY.

  3. April 1998 • On April 5, 1998 I had my Christening at Lakeside Presbyterian Church in Lakeside Park, Kentucky. • My parents were married at this church.

  4. May of 1998 • My first move was to Hebron, Kentucky in May of 1998. • I was 6 months old.

  5. December 25, 1998 • December 25, 1998 was my first Christmas. • I lived in Hebron, Kentucky

  6. December 1998 • My first birthday was on December 27, 1998.

  7. September 2000 • I started preschool at Christ United Methodist Church in Florence, Kentucky in September of 2000. • My teacher was Ms. Carol.

  8. December 2001 • I moved to Woodbury, Minnesota on December 26, 2001. • It was the day after Christmas and the day before my 4th birthday. • We lived in a hotel room for three weeks before moving.

  9. September 2002 • On September 16, 2002, it was my first day of preschool in Minnesota. • I went to Little Angles Christian Preschool.

  10. October 2002 • My brother, Joshua, was born on October 9, 2002 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. • He was born a month early and had to spend five days in the hospital. • I was 4, almost 5 years old.

  11. August of 2003 • My first day of kindergarten was in August of 2003. I went to Royal Oaks Elementary in Woodbury, Minnesota. • I was 5 years old.

  12. May of 2004 • I moved to Strongsville, Ohio in May of 2004 from Woodbury, Minnesota. • I was almost six and a half years old. • We went to Disneyland two weeks before we moved. • We had to live in an apartment for six weeks before our house was finished.

  13. July of 2007 • I moved to 8241 Little Harbor Drive in Cincinnati, Ohio. • We lived in an apartment in Strongsville for six weeks before we moved.
