  2. What is Wall effect? • It is means that in the high concentration city, the skyscrapers are block the sunlight and affect the wind velocity. • It brings negative effect. • Also, the screen effect is refer to the building is totally block the wind and brings a lot of relative disease.

Cause of Wall effect • The appear of Wall effect because government is lack of urban planning and supervision. • The distance between building and building are smaller and cause Wall effect. • In order to use the land effectively, the developer will make the new building to turn toward to skyscraper.
