TO ENSURE THAT THE SPECIALITY BODY/MEDICAL ORGANISATION IS REGISTERED WITH THE MMA-CME SECRETARIAT TO ENSURE THAT THE PROGRAMME HAS BEEN ACCREDITED BY THE MMA-CME COMMITTEE TO ENSURE THAT THE CME PROGRAMME HAS NOT BEEN ORGANIZED BY PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES AS THIS WILL NOT BE RECOGNIZED FOR CME ACCREDITATION UNDER THE MMC-CME GRADING SYSTEM. PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES CAN ONLY SPONSOR CME PROGRAMME AS PER THE GUIDELINE OF THE MALAYSIAN MEDICAL COUNCIL

    26. THE MMC-CME GRADING SYSTEM CERTIFICATE WILL BE SEND OUT TO PARTICIPANTS ANNUALLY, TO PARTICIPANTS WHO ATTAIN A MINIMUM OF 20 CREDIT POINTS. A CERTIFICATE OF MERIT HOWEVER, WILL BE SENT OUT TO MEMBERS WHO ATTAIN 50 CREDIT POINTS PER ANNUM.
