  4. Lesson One Planning a Business Trip Home Ⅰ.背景知识(Background Knowledge) 任何雇主或者老板以及秘书自己因为业务等原因需要频繁出游。在公司里,老板的大多数旅游安排都由秘书负责完成。 首先,秘书应准备一份详细的旅游计划,并要和老板商谈,旅游计划应尽量详细,如旅馆的电话号码、约会、会议地点等。秘书把这些项目列进旅游计划表时,应分清并记住不同的时间。另外,她还要核实老板前往地区的天气情况,然后再确定所订的旅馆房间、机票或火车票。
