Scanning Guidelines for Digital Collections in Wisconsin Libraries

DESCRIPTION

In February 2006, a dedicated group was formed to create Scanning Guidelines aimed at enhancing digital collections in Wisconsin libraries. The committee includes members from various institutions, such as Krystyna Matusiak (Chair, UW-Milwaukee Libraries), Keetra Baker (Winnefox Library System), and others from historical societies and public libraries. Their collaborative efforts have resulted in the WHO Digital Imaging Guidelines. A draft version of these guidelines can be accessed at: http://wisconsinheritage.org/pr/.
