  1. Effects of uncertainties of the 22Ne(α,n) 25Mg and 13C(α,n) 16O reaction rates in the s-process yields Marco Pignatari Roberto Gallino Franz Käppeler Michael Wiescher

  2. The s-process yields by AGB nucleosynthesis model (Gallino et al. 1998) are affected by uncertainties in the neutron source reactions rates, 22Ne(α,n) 25Mg and 13C(α,n) 16O. We considered an uncertainty factor of two for both cases, and we show variations in our results for M = 1.5 M(sun) Z = -0.30, and for M = 3 M(sun) Z = -0.30.

  3. Standard rate*2 (“tentative rate” in Käppeler et al. 1994, with contribution of 10 % of 663 KeV resonance considered) Standard rate (lower limit in Käppeler et al. 1994, without contribution of 663 KeV resonance) 22Ne(α,n) 25Mg Standard rate/2 (lower limit in Jaeger et al. 1994, without contribution of 663 KeV resonance)

  4. Standard rate*2 (rate published in Drotleff et al. 1994, large S-factor) Standard rate (rate published in CF88) 13C(α,n) 16O Standard rate/2 (20 % lower than rate Published in Kubono et al. 2003, low S-factor < 0.044. Possible underestimation.)
